At NOYRA, we would love to customize something for you.

Every piece is crafted with care by our small team of artisans in Jaipur and so, we are happy to collaborate with you (our customer) in creating something that’s uniquely yours. If you’re like us, jewelry is treasured as something that is innately a part of you. We want to help you create something special, something that represents and combines your culture, heritage, passions and/or interests, something wholly you - and we can help do that.

The process includes direct communication with our Founder/team who will share designs with you as per your requests, resulting in your one-of-a-kind NOYRA piece.

Ageless jewelry should be just that, ageless. It should last a lifetime, be kept and cared for fondly.

However, if your piece, whether it’s a NOYRA or otherwise, suffers some unavoidable damage, has lost its shine or its string has snapped, we are happy to repair it for you.

We offer: 

  • Re-plating services (using micron plating, the best plating technique in the industry)
  • Stringing necklaces 
  • Stone settings 

For NOYRA pieces, your first replating is free, anything further is chargeable.

However, like we mentioned, wherever your piece is from, we can certainly do our best to help you out in making it as good as new.
