Simply browse our collections on Noyra.co, select your desired piece, and follow the secure checkout process. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. You will also receive a confirmation email. 

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets for your convenience.

As most pieces are made to order, modifications are limited. Please contact us immediately at noyra.co.in@gmail.com for assistance. If the making has not begun yet, we will be happy to modify it for you.

Yes. Our jewellery is designed to be gentle on the skin, but we recommend checking individual product descriptions for any specific metal information.

Store pieces in their original box or a soft pouch, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, or chemicals, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after use.

We use high-quality synthetic and natural stones depending on the design. Each product page specifies the type of gemstone used.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. International shipping is available. Please contact us for rates and delivery timelines. Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Domestic orders are shipped Pan-India. Delivery timelines vary depending on the preparation time for each product. Please check the Product Information for estimated delivery.

Complimentary shipping is offered for all domestic orders. International orders incur shipping charges.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

No. All sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Yes. Exchanges are accepted only for damaged items, plating or stone issues, or incorrect deliveries. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product with supporting photographs.

After verification, you will be asked to ship the product to our address. Once received, we will exchange it with the same product, corrected as necessary. Customers bear shipping costs for the exchanged product.

Most of our pieces are made to order, so cancellations are not available once production has started.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes detailed sizing information. You can also contact us for guidance before placing an order.

Exchanges are available for sizing issues within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof, subject to our exchange policy.
