Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At noyra.co, each product is carefully handcrafted with customer consent and attention to detail. We encourage customers to reach out to us at noyra.co.in@gmail.com with any queries or concerns before placing an order to ensure complete clarity.

Please note that we do not process refunds under any circumstances, and no exceptions will be made.

Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange only under the following circumstances:

1. Plating damage

2. Stone damage

3. Wrong product delivered

4. Product received in a damaged condition

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, customers will be asked to ship the product back to us. After inspection, we will exchange it for the same product with the necessary rectifications.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping fees for the exchanged product sent from our end.

Cancellations

As most of our products are made to order, we begin processing immediately after an order is placed. Therefore, order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
